RGB Services LLC Owner Rick Bohn

Rick has spent his entire career in Human Resources.  Spending the majority of his years supporting a variety of interests related to the Auto Industry, early on Rick saw the advantage of experiencing a variety of HR positions in as many locations possible.  The reason?  Even though we are one big country, the various cultural and value systems tend to vary from region to region and the more one understands that these differences actually exist, the better provider of services one can be.  As a result, Rick spent the first 23 years of his career in 9 different assignments in 8 different locations around the country (and Mexico!).  The result?  Rick has been able to experience and learn a variety of general and specialty skills as it relates to not only Human Resources, but also to business in general.  Rick began his career as a manufacturing supervisor and never looked back.  Other positions included:  HR Generalist, Labor Relations Specialist, HR Manager, Employee Involvement Manager, OD Manager, HR General Manager, HR Director, Director of Lean Manufacturing, Vice President of HR and Chief Operating Officer.  Rick remains co-owner and President of Enhanced Manufacturing Solutions and Supplier Park Industries.

Rick is married to his wife Ronda of 10 years, meeting while both were living in El Paso, TX.  They have two children, daughter Jordan 8 and son KJ, 5.  Rick has two daughters from a previous marriage, Rebecca who is a recent graduate of Michigan State University and now is working for Hyundai/Kia Automotive in their marketing group; and Rachel, who is currently a senior at Michigan State University and majoring in Graphic Design.  Aside from all of the twists and turns four wildly diverse children can provide, Rick enjoys golf (when he can fit it in) and running marathons and half marathons (along with Ronda).
