Every business comes to a point where they need help with an HR professional.  Unfortunately, decisions not to satisfy that need are based on either financial or emotional reasons.  Some businesses believe that they are not “big” enough to hire someone to fill those needs.  Others feel that they “know” what they need to know about their needs and elect to use the staff they have to handle HR responsibilities.  Still others believe that they cannot justify the expense even though they know they would benefit from the assistance.

RGB Services will provide a structure to meet the needs that exist, whatever the situation the business feels that it is in.  If they need someone to set up the processes necessary to address their needs internally and then “check” up on them periodically or be on call to address ad hoc needs, we can do that.

What RGB Services will do:  We will meet with you to determine the current state of your business and the concerns you have so your needs can be validated and prioritized.  We will also suggest a plan to meet those needs within the parameters that the business must operate.

What RGB Services won’t do:  Contrary to most “consultants,” we won’t charge for the initial validation and prioritization meeting.  If you chose not to use us, you don’t pay us.
