RGB Services will function as the HR Manager/Supervisor or lead HR staff member of your organization. A prior assessment and face-to-face meeting with the Client will assist in determining what the correct structure should be to satisfy the needs of the Client. Assignments are as flexible as the issues which need to be addressed and can be easily modified.
Because assignments are need-based, they are custom-structured to meet the needs of the Client. In most cases, our focus is to supply services on a periodic basis as well as on-demand for those situations that must be addressed immediately. This structure is ideal for the budget minded business that needs the expertise but doesn’t need or wish to fill such a position with a full-time salaried individual, incurring the entire overhead that goes with that.
Responsibilities can include all aspects of the Human Resource spectrum, or be limited to areas where issues exist. HR Business planning to support the company’s annual goals and objectives can also be part of the assignment.
Training the replacement for an HR position. As always, most companies may want to fill the assignment with a full-time person at some point. RGB Services will take the lead in finding the right person for you then conduct the orientation and integration into your organization. We will also continue to be available for your newest associate to help answer questions, mentor, and provide additional assistance as needed.
Project services are not limited to time or scope. Whatever the area that needs attention a project can be created and executed.
Special needs services typically pertain but are not limited to, highly confidential engagements that deal with staffing or process improvement.
