Employee Recognition

“Even without success, a creative person finds joy in a job well done.”

Companies who want to improve their culture to better reflect their intent to make its employees feel vital and appreciated as best suited for implementing an Employee Recognition process.  Employees that feel valued resulting from such a process have the opportunity to accomplish so much more.

A Gallup Poll of two million employees at 700 American companies found that productivity is directly related to employees’ relationship with their immediate supervisor.  One of the main ways to improve these relationships is to effectively recognize the efforts and accomplishments of others.

A study (reported by Daniel Goleman in Primal Leadership) found there is a direct correlation between employee morale and the bottom line.  For every 2% increase in the service climate, that is, the general cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff, saw a 1% increase in revenue.

If your company doesn’t have such a process and could benefit by achieving the results mentioned above, RGB Services can help.
